The leftist swine of this nation is now narrowly focusing this freedom of speech clause to only to pertain to political speech, and to find ways to restrict unpopular speech.
You see, the left is seeking to punish their opposition by claiming that only the left has acceptable speech and anything else is hate speech.
The left has invented the FAKE RIGHT that you have a right to be free from being offended! Can you believe this shit! The snowflakes and progressives seek to punish contrary speech even as they claim to have the high ground of "tolerance". This is a crock of shit position since the left only tolerates that which they agree and anything else is a crime.
As a Libertarian, I applaud all speech and welcome those who I disagree to be able to express their opinions in public - but this blog is mine - and I have no guarantee for name-calling asswipes to have any room for discussion; I will post comments which are based on reason and not emotional vomit.
To me it is treason to silence the public discourse of any discussion - political or otherwise. I laugh at those who think our founding fathers only chose to protect political speech while allowing mob rule to silence a minority or for a minority of idiots to impose their narrow viewpoint upon the masses.
There is no right to be free from being offended. This is a fake right presented by leftist swine.
