I'm still around and kicking though I am taking some time away from chat while I try to cool down from my anger with Neil and some things that just get under my skin in chat. And you all know that I can be quite a batch when I have dragons to slay in chat so it is probably best I stay away and to allow the chat room to continue to have uninterrupted discussions of frats paying attention to only the girls and subjects like that!
I will be in chat on Wednesday to say goodbye to my sweet benji and to wish my American friends a Happy Thanksgiving. I'm watching shows now without chat which allows me to do other things. This also allows me to avoid the comments I have to read about fratmen whom I don't respect like Neil, Burke, Mateo, and Chase.
Things really need to change at Fratpad and fast. Three of your fratmen just suck and Chase is old enough to be their grandfather.

ReplyDeleteTaking time off from Padsville can be just exactly what the doctor ordered, and is usually a good idea. I'm kind of selective, like you, and not thrilled about some of the recent pledges. It takes having new pledges to make you remember why our all stars ARE all stars. For every 5 pledges that come through the door, maybe one has that real spark. So it's like dating...you keep trying and waiting, and sometimes you say "screw this" for a while!

ReplyDeleteTime away is indeed appreciated, but it turned out also to be a prudent business move - have a new client prospect that is finally ready to commit, fixed a broken computer by completely tearing it down and replacing system board (it now works!), and I've sold two computers this week. I'm now trolling ebay for prospective computers to upgrade and to resell.
Life is good. And there is more to life than just fratpad.
