Merry Christmas to each of you.
My back was really bad Christmas Eve morning but has improved with a couple Advils early morning - finally was able to sleep. Been much better today - down to one Advil every 12 hours.
My Dad is also improving - someone suggested he could have had a diabetic reaction (even though he isn't) - he had eaten some of my mom's Christmas cookies (and knowing him he wasn't watching what he was eating). This my explain why he was not himself when I arrived at my parents' home. My mom says he continues to improve so it will be interesting to see what he's like when I arrive later today for Christmas.

I know what illness and pain is all about and it is complicated around the Holidays when we are trying our best to enjoy all of life. I do hope your discomfort will be short-lived and you will be able to return to a pain-free daily experience. AND wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas!
