C O M M E N T A R Y

In America today there is a chill wind blowing that has the potential to destroy this country from the inside out.

Racism.

No, not actual racism.

The contrived and exploited situations labeled as racism.    The actions that are quickly shaped by groups and political operatives who stand to gain from driving a wedge through America.    There are men and there are media networks and political parties that relish the opportunity to be the first to craft situations around this country as racism and then to exploit it for their purposes - country be damned.

I am convinced that MSNBC and NBC have sold out their journalistic integrity and are operating to advance an agenda that is so disgusting and reprehensible that they should be closed down and their executives and broadcasters should be jailed.

You see there is a race-baiting industry in this country that exists solely to exploit every opportunity that they can to advance themselves for profit.    You see, without racism, these fools would never be needed.   And you can be assured that these fools like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton will keep themselves employed by being the new race muckrakers of our era.    These two men, along with any political group that uses race to identify itself, have a strong motivating factor to take that what is and never was racism and to craft it and to shape it into racism - and by doing so, they justify their existence by pointing out racism - the very racism they invented - that they stoked the flames of hate - and now use their so-called street cred to deride and to castigate those folks they seek to punish after inventing the whole scenario.

You see - when you shine the dimmest of lights on a situation - you see many shadows - many boogie men - and you can claim to even see ghosts of racism hiding in the shadows - because we all know that racism must exist

Across this nation, there are hundreds and thousands of murders with victims of all colors and perpetrators in every ethnic hue.   Those murders go unnoticed - Chicago being a murder factor where minorities kill each other with impunity and yet there is no out cry from Sharpton and the other race pimps.   You see - there is nothing to be gained by actually seeking to solve minority on minority crime.    There is no profit to be made - no fortune to be harvested by pointing to the faces of victim and perpetrator that dont' fit the mold of a "good lynching".

Part of our problem today is much of our under 30 years of age population is dumber than a box of rocks.   They can't tell you how a bill becomes a law.   They can't tell you what "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" means.   They can't tell you who the Vice President of the United States is.

But these fools can point to racism - but they haven't a focking clue what racism really is.    But they damned well know it when they hear about it.

Our society no longer has the intellectual ability of its citizenry to hold itself together for much longer.   Our children and young adults are dumber than a box of rocks.   They don't take the time to be informed on anything other than when the next iPhone will be released.   They get their "news" from the dunces from the Daily Show and the Cold-bert Report.     And beyond that, they get their news from Twits and Text Messages.

Our judicial system is certainly a flawed one - one that has built in flaws - set up so that allowing a guilty man to escape secures that we don't convict an innocent one.   And, yes, there are times when an innocent man (or woman) is convicted - through use of eye witnesses that lie or evidence that didn't have the scientific ability to be tested (we cannot fiat technology to create the perfect crime detection ability).

And yet, for all of its flaws, our judicial system trumps 95% of all other legal systems - in China you don't get an attorney and you are often tried in a hurry.   You want legal justice in Iran or Saudi Arabia?    You think African nations have legal systems that can hold a candle to ours?   How about taking your chances with a Mexican judiciary or one of the wonderful judicial systems from Central and South America?

While most Western Judiciaries are heads and shoulders above the rest of the world, here in America you do have a fighting chance - hell, you have leftist organizations who have never found a criminal they don't like like the ACLU - that will go to bat for you.   And in the US we even have those students in college who managed to have been able to read before graduating from high school start nosing around in cases.

Our system is never perfect and in some states there are superior systems.   But taken as a whole, you are more likely to be treated with the respect and legal consideration that you deserve - regardless of your income.

In the recent case where George Zimmerman was being tried for the death of Trayvon Martin, we had a state case - in Florida - that has rules and regulations by which cases are brought to trial and charged.    There are legal rules and procedures to be followed.

And then regardless of those rules, the defendant, George Zimmerman, is still afforded the precious standard for conviction - "beyond all reasonable doubt".

It matters not how something looks - just because a victim is black does not mean the death was due to racism no matter how many times Al Sharpton and the race baiters suggest otherwise.

I wonder seriously how many of the people throwing tantrums in the streets of America today and for the rest of eternity over this decision actually sat and watched the process of the court proceedings and have an understanding that the State has the BURDEN TO PROVE THE CASE THEY BRING?

I am no lawyer, but I did take pre-law courses in my studies in college and I understand the basics of court proceedings - and if there is anything to whine about, America, it is that the prosecution in this case was one of the worst and most insidiously arrogant collection of fools ever assembled in a courtroom - ever.    In short, these idiots put on such a weak case that Zimmerman's lawyers really didn't have much work to do to shred the case established.

I need to remind America that George Zimmerman is not white - no matter how many times NBC, MSNBC, CNN, ABC, and CBS said he was white.   He is not even a white-hispanic as it was asserted after the "he's white" smear failed to work.    It is with 99.99% certainty that if Zimmerman had applied to college, he would have been labeled "hispanic" by the leftist institutions and been given preferential treatment in admissions.    You see his mom is hispanic and his dad is white.

And most importantly, our President is EXACTLY the same amount of cracka white as Zimmerman is.

So is Barack, the immaculate conception father of Trayvon, white?   Is he a white-African American?

If you have a problem, America, with the outcome of the case, then how is it you could already know the guilt of a man when you haven't watched the proceedings, haven't spent hours of research on the evidence, and don't know shit about how legal proceedings work?

How is it you know that a legal travesty was had here?    Explain that to me like I'm one of you!

It is obvious that many Americans - many minorities - PREJUDGED THIS CASE.   Yes, you committed prejudice.    You fell for the classic race baiting technique - victim was a poor black boy - perp looked like he was a white man who liked guns - so obviously the conclusion you just had to make was - perp killed Trayvon 'cause Trayvon was a "n" word.

Unfortunately the facts in the case don't afford you the opportunity to ignore that Trayvon never called 911 for help (he did call his 'cracka calling" fat cow girl friend).   Trayvon did not beat feet home - he changed direction and went after Zimmerman who actually did start to head back to his vehicle.    Neither Zimmerman nor Trayvon knew what each person was packing for weapons.   Just as Zimmerman had skeletons in his closet, we now know Trayvon had been twice expelled - had stolen jewelry on him and tools of the trade for breakins.   And apparently he liked him so weed.   And he had a fondness for mixed martial arts and even bragged about it.   So we don't have a pure black angel.

What we did have were two stupid people who should have avoided conflict but who both undertook the choice of escalating the conflict.    Trayvon got to act out his desires to kick someone's ass and ultimately he was killed by a stupid man who thought he was Kojak (under 30 somethings google it).

We had two people who put reason and sanity behind them and chose a path to escalate the situation.

For you Trayvon supporters -do you know you can kill a man with one good punch?    And, yes, you can be tried for murder for doing so.

If you have had your head banged once or twice and your nose reshaped, honestly, how clearly will you be thinking?    Will you be wanting to be hit more or will you want to end this?    And if you have a gun, why wouldn't you do it now?

And Trayvon supporters - do you know the FBI has already conducted an investigation and found that there is no history of Zimmerman being racist?    And do you know how Zimmerman spent his off time and who he was working with?    Get informed.    You will be very embarrassed with your ignorance.

And read about Zimmerman and the homeless black man - and how Zimmerman handled that.

And just remember - the evidence had to be beyond all reasonable doubt.   And the problem is not one of racism.   It was one of sloppy, arrogant, and foolish prosecutors who tried a case that had nothing to it other than the inertia of a race-baiting industry and MSNBC/NBC which doctored a 911 tape to make it sound like Zimmerman was in fact a racist.

You see - the evidence prosecute Zimmerman was so preciously non-existant.

But then again - the victim was black and we know that just can't escape being turned into a good lynching to be exploited by the race-baiting community of Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Barack Obama, and his networks of MSNBC and CNN.
