The "Art of Politics" is that sometimes the best way to achieve an end is to go head first at the strength of your opponent and concede - to appear to give in - to give your opponent EVERYTHING he asks for and then to make him pay many times over for getting what he wants. In this end, I suggest that the Republicans give up their notion of defunding Obamascare or to obstruct its implementation.   While the goal is just and Constitutional, there is simply no way to win such a fight with a President who fancies himself a King and who whines like a child at every opportunity he does not get his own way.    And when to him merely looking at him cross-eyed is enough for him to claim "obstruction", it is time to change the dynamics of the fight and to concede that Obamascare is the law of the land and that this precious law is ALL OBAMA'S FAULT. We have a gift that is just waiting to be played and since King Constipation the First and his royal buttmunches, Princess Nancy and Prince Harry, are willing to play along and to bear their part in this mess, I say let's give them EVERYTHING THEY WANT! Here is what I propose that the Republicans do with the Continuing Resolution to fund the Government and to tack onto the Debt Ceiling Increase bill.     As the Democrat Royals are so willing to sell out our country and to degrade it by forcing Government Healthcare Insurance upon us, let us ensure that this royal pork chop is tied around their necks so tightly that they'll be chased out of town in order to get rid of the stench of its rotting visage. I propose the Republicans in the House to: Concede Obamascare as the law of the land and to give full credit to the Democrats for its creation and implementation. Attach this concession and the following provisions to every continuing resolution and debt ceiling increase until passed by the Senate and signed into law by King Constipation. Codify RESCINDING ALL EXEMPTIONS to Obamascare that King Constipation has signed as part of Executive order or acting unilaterally without authorization; Codify RESCINDING ANY PROVISION to Obamascare that allows the Secretary of Health and Human Services or similar department head(s) to "determine and to implement based on their discretion" - force a very narrow interpretation of Obamascare and to eliminate any flexibility for doing anything outside of the passed law; Codify RESCINDING ALL FINES AND PENALTIES for anyone not buying health insurance; since the penalty aspect of Obamascare is the ONLY aspect that allowed the law to pass Constitutional muster (even the Chief Justice said the rest of the law is Unconstitutional), rescinding the penalties thus makes the law unconstitutional and provides food for ample legal challenges to get the Courts to toss out the law; REQUIRE ALL GOVERNMENT WORKERS to be part of Obamascare - invalidate existing healthcare insurance and force ALL workers into the Obamascare system; REQUIRE ALL CONGRESSIONAL AND SENATE STAFFERS AND FAMILIES to pay for their own healthcare insurance without any subsidies from the Government other than what would be available through full execution of Obamascare; REQUIRE ALL CONGRESSIONAL, SENATE, VICE-PRESIDENT, PRESIDENT, and OTHER NOMINATED or ELECTED OFFICIALS to be bound to Obamascare like the rest of America and to eliminate any of their healthcare coverage immediately;   this would apply to all family coverages as well. REQUIRE ALL UNIONS TO ABOLISH EXISTING HEALTHCARE INSURANCE PROVISIONS and to shift all members to Obamascare; ABOLISH any distinction for businesses with regard to part and full-time workers - force businesses to either provide healthcare insurance or to dump coverages and employees onto Obamascare exchanges; there would be no fines to businesses to do this one way or the other, but this would give businesses the excuse to dump all healthcare insurance and to immediately remove this cost from doing business and would flood and overwhelm Obamascare immediately; CODIFY that ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS would be forced into Obamascare without any exemptions for religion, business, party affiliation, proximity to being a donor to a political party, or any other excuse - every American would be required to have healthcare insurance regardless of income or economic situation once they reach 18 years of age. CODIFY that the legal age for adulthood is 18 and that no parent shall be compelled to carry their adult child on their insurance policy and compel adult child to purchase his/her own healthcare insurance; No American shall have their healthcare insurance subsidized by any other American and each person is on his/her own to cover their entire cost without compensation or enumeration from the Federal Government or from discounts or non-monetary compensation from employers; All provisions above are to become effective immediately and with execution effective dates of the existing Obamascare law. The key point is "equal protection under the law" - no American shall be treated differently than anyone else regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, economic, employment, office-holding, union membership, ethnicity, loudness of whining or self-righteous indignation. Force the Democrats to defend a law that treats people differently based on arbitrary standards and political patronage! Since the President wants his precious Obamascare, let's give him everything he wants and more!    Take his legacy and destroy it.   The HOUSE needs to send these amendments to Obamascare with each legislation they send to the Senate in an unaltered form.    Force the Senate to vote against Equality under the law and when they do, force them to do it again and again until the above provisions are passed in their entirety and announce to the press indefinitely when the Senate and President balks!
