UV News Investigative Report
Reveals the Unflattering
Results of Obamacare

This report is based on analyzing reports from various sources and compiling those resorts to expose the utter failure of Obamacare - a report that no other news source would dare to reveal for fear of losing access to the Obama Administration.

We do need to clarify a few things before getting into the meat of this expose'.

Operation "Fast and Loose"

The Obama Administration is playing fast and loose with the term "enrolled" when it comes to actual results of Obamacare.

CNN Reported, "The glitch-plagued rollout of President Barack Obama's signature health care law has been dogged by one big question: How many people have enrolled in an insurance plan?

The White House refuses to release the numbers, leading many to assume they are embarrassingly low. But insurance industry insiders point to another reason: Nobody knows if the numbers they do have are even accurate.

Turns out, some insurance companies say they are receiving data from the administration that is incomplete, duplicative or contradictory, making it difficult to get an accurate count of new enrollment."

Official Obama Administration Definition of Who is Counted as "Enrolled"

Washington Post noted, "The fight over how to define the new health law’s success is coming down to one question: Who counts as an Obamacare enrollee?

Health insurance plans only count subscribers as enrolled in a health plan once they’ve submited a payment. That is when the carrier sends out a member card and begins paying doctor bills.

When the Obama administration releases health law enrollment figures later this week, though, it will use a more expansive definition. It will count people who have purchased a plan as well as those who have a plan sitting in their online shopping cart but have not yet paid."

Thus we now have the standard by which to really judge the effectiveness of Obamacare: Enrollee is those who have shopped for insurance and put the item into their 'shopping cart'.

This Administration is counting participants if they visit and shop, yet don't pay!    Imagine Amazon.com counting sales of its Kindle Reader by counting actual sales AND those who still have the item in their cart, UNPAID!

Number Insured Declines

Meanwhile, millions have lost insurance due to the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare)

Forbes noted, "Here’s how we got to where we are. As many as six million Americans who purchase health coverage on their own have seen their plans canceled, because they don’t comply with Obamacare’s newly-imposed regulations. On the other hand, the bungled rollout of the law’s healthcare.gov website has meant that only tens of thousands of Americans have been able to enroll in new coverage under the law. This means that by January 1, 2014, less people will have health coverage under Obamacare than before."

The Not So Affordable
Care Act (Obamascare)

Forbes noted, "White House admits that Obamacare plans may be ‘unaffordable’

Last night, in a stunning reversal, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services announced that Americans who have had their plans canceled will be exempt from enrolling in the exchanges, “because some consumers were finding other coverage options to be more expensive than their cancelled plans or policies.”

ACA is a Confidence Game

When you actually look at the effectiveness of any program, you should be able to point to a resolution of the very problem that you stated existed in order to justify adopting that plan.

For nearly a decade, President Obama has spouted that there are upwards of 10 million (or more) people without health insurance.   So in order to resolve that problem, the Democrat Party ramrodded and forced upon America a plan that is now showing it is causing people to lose their insurance and that the net effect is adding to the uninsured, not decreasing it.

In short, Obamacare is a CON GAME - an exercise of slight of hand and each time there is bad news, the President creates EXEMPTIONS to the law - but unfortunately, the legislation does not grant him the power to create these exemptions.    President's don't write laws - he enforces them!
