Our President is an unfortunate one

I speak as one of the few in America who has ancestors that arrived here predating the 1700’s. My ancestors shipwrecked off the coast of what is now the State of Maine in 1635 in the midst of a hurricane – with several ships in the fleet making it safely to Nova Scotia. The ship disbursed with many being able to leave early in smaller boats and landed safely with many migrating toward what is now Massachusetts.

I proudly have ancestors who completed Paul Revere’s infamous midnight ride and fought in various parts of the Revolutionary War – at Bunker Hill – at Ticonderoga with lineage connecting me to Daniel Webster and various soldiers who fought and died in the Civil War in the 1860’s on the side of freeing slaves and to preserve our union.

I am proudly America and fully understand that a land of free people is indeed a precious thing. And I also carry with me the energy in the blood that we have not shed our essence so that we can be enslaved and made less free by a government that pretends to be by the people but instead is led by a pimple of a man who has a big mouth and precious little competence in governing.

The more I learn of my ancestors, the more I become one with their ideals – that man has the right to be free – that he has the freedom to pursue happiness – and that happiness is not guaranteed. My ancestors fully realized that we don’t get born to common parents or to common situations – so our outcomes are always based on what we do with our lives – not what is given to us by those who pretend to understand. Liberty is a precious commodity as well – and that it cannot be negotiated away for security – because once liberty is given away, then tyranny is close at hand – and we shall never get back that liberty unless we decide to kill and to exterminate the aggressors who took our freedom promising us security.

We receive our rights by virtue of being born – by virtue of something beyond just man – whether it is a creator or something else – and that by virtue of that birth, we are also obligated to fight for our freedoms – life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And these rights extend to all men and women – of all races and creeds – of all sexual orientations – and to all peoples. We don’t get to select some as being more equal than others or that are more deserving of being protected because they whine the loudest or demand more and point to others as to the reason of their failure in life.

Having said that, there is an obligation to all people that they must be willing to rise up and to seize their freedoms and are not guaranteed respite in the United States just for the hell of it – we are not a toilet for diseased young people or those who are fit enough to work but are too lazy to make it in their own land.

National sovereignty means something – that as men guaranteed the rights of man by virtue of our birth – that we create governments that seek to protect us – and that we by nature of being more than lawless hordes create national boundaries that are to be sacrosanct and above reproach – and in times of war or conquest those borders are erased and seized, but it is our duty to protect our land, these United States – for we are above all, a shining example of a more perfect union in a world of less perfect ones. This is not to say we are perfect – we are not – but our goal has always been to strive to be closer to perfection than not, and that we should be that shining city on a hill that others can emulate and can count on as a model and of assistance.

We have a profound problem in our nation today – one that on face seems to be created by the best of intentions by some, but we have a President whose intentions are now not in the least predicated on what is good for this nation – but rather, what is good for him and his party. What was once hope has become a readily apparent case of payback by the President in a case of Executive Whoopass for perceived crimes committed by some – but who cannot be brought to court where their body can be produced. Our President is committing one of the most insidious of crimes – leveraging an office to take on people he hates on the guise of what their ancestors did. Without any due process, this President has now “borrowed” legislative powers and is now acting as a pseudo judiciary declaring what is Constitutional and be damned if you dare cross him and his Federal Brown Shirt agencies like the IRS, ICE, Homeland Security, EPA, or Department of Interior.

Our situation since the 1960’s has become one of “because we can do it, we must” – that is with the ability of the Federal Government to insert itself into so much of our lives and having resources to do it, that we must choose that route instead of actually consulting with our Constitution to see if this is even a power that the Federal Government has.

Of course those who want to expand the Federal Government will whore and find a way for the Federal Government to do more and more – expanding welfare and spending billions in national education certainly has not eliminated poverty nor made our children more prepared for the real world. In actuality, programs that sought to eliminate poverty have institutionalized it – and for many ethnic groups, it has allowed the destruction of the nuclear family with fathers now inseminating as many brood mares as they can with no stake in actually supporting their offspring. We see that our national education investment has not produced a bumper crop of well educated students – in fact, we’ve produced children with great self-esteem and a profound lack of clarity in critical thinking, math or science skills, and wholly incapable of passing a high school exit exam from the 1880’s. We’ve managed to shift today’s dumb graduates onto colleges and they’ve picked up the slack by offer remedial courses, but even the colleges aren’t produced brilliant academics – they are producing misinformed, lied to, and deceived leftists. As a reward to these colleges, the Federal Government has annexed the student loan program thus giving the colleges no reason not to over inflate the cost of college and to pass the costs onto the stupid students who think that a four year degree in the Arts will make them able to pay back over $200k in student loans.

The Constitution must stand for something – it is not as the left would say as being a “living and breathing” document – it is a purposely written document delineating all powers to the states that ARE NOT DIRECTLY specified as Federal powers. Those on the left seek to exploit what they see as vagueness by issuing laws to subvert the meaning and hoping that it will pass Constitutional muster. Leftists have concocted a “good and plenty” clause out of the “General Welfare” provision – making what was a tool shed of power into a five story concrete parking garage for it. The Founders never intended that the Federal Government should grow so large out of anything under General Welfare – for had they chosen this to be true, they’d have said so.

Oddly, the Constitution has the power to be amended – and if there is such a groundswell of support to make the Federal Government the 800 pound gorilla that leftists have turned it into, then we can simply amend the document to include all of the bleeding heart actions and be done with it; the problem is that leftists aren’t about to try to meet the necessarily high price of amending the document – the work and effort to amend is quite stringent – intentionally so – and leftists being the laziest of the population in thought and in work ethic, aren’t willing to work with the Constitution as it is designed – they’ll subvert it because they recognize that even a monument that looks stable can be undermined by digging under it. And it is thus the left seeks to subvert and to destroy the document from outside rather than to “man up” and to do it as intended.

I often rail against the left because they are the party in power – having control of the Senate and the Presidency right now means they get a tremendous say – and since this President is hellbent on thinking only his election matters and that only what he wants matters, then he and his Senate will just do it. At this present time there is precious little reason to rebuke the Right – they are effectively impotent and when they make noise it is meaningless; but what the left has done in the past five years gives us a really scary proposition that should the Right be as ideologically disgusting to rape the Constitution like the Left has done, we are indeed in for a reason of angst.

Our Founding Fathers did not want a tyrant – they fought against tyranny of a government that is not representative of the will of the people – and damn it – our government was never designed to be quick and efficient – rule of democracy is not what this government is about – democracy is mob rule with no conscience toward minorities – we have a Representative Government and the President has to face the reality that he must convince a significant portion of the 535 folks to do what he wants or he needs to take classes on how to negotiate or to grow a set of balls and to act like a man instead of an tyrannical whiner.

The President has lied repeatedly to us – the House has passed many pieces of legislation and sent them to the Senate on ALL of the issues he whines about – it is the Senate who has failed to act on those bills. And if there is a House that doesn’t share the same political perspective as the President, oh focking well! Deal with it, Constitutional professor. Man up. Grow some balls. Stop acting like a petulant child and be a man.

So this Independence Day means even more to me now – that we must rebuff a dishonest President who cannot tell the truth – who cannot lead – who cannot and will not negotiate – who makes Americans who disagree with him the enemy instead of terrorists and border invaders. We must stand firm and do more than draw a red line – we must resist at all costs the outrageous conduct of the left to steal power from our Representatives – each of whom won their own election – and to demand that our President stop acting like a spoiled brat who fancies himself the most important person in the world – we must resist and demand that no law should be passed that can be arbitrarily interpreted by a President without sanction – we cannot stand without resisting that the President decide that one group pays for another or that we are called out by him and his party saying that because we want to deny free stuff that we are waging war on others.

Just as our Founding Fathers demanded that when each of us falls, that we need to pick our own asses out of the mud, we should now start pushing back and seizing our government and demanding that all who can work, do so. And that the only concern each of us should have is to take care of our own – our own families – and that once everyone is taking care of their own shit that we then should VOLUNTEER to act to support those who cannot ever provide for themselves. But we cannot be forced to support women and their undisciplined reproductive urges begat another generation of welfare broods. We must resist with all due respect the urge to take in the infestation of our southern borders without enforcing CURRENT laws and using our border guards to actually stopping the infestation instead of changing diapers of the miscreants who selfishly think the US is their savior.

We must now act with a purpose – that conscience and concern do not trump laws – that we must secure our borders first from foreign invaders of all kinds; that our laws are meaningful and with purpose – and by stepping onto our soil without permission is an act of war upon us all – and if we must revisit immigration, we cannot do so because a President and a party have winked and nodded and all but welcomed thousands per month to violate our law without sanction; immigration under our sovereignty should be based on OUR NEEDS as a nation, not the needs of unhealthy, unskilled, lazy hordes who are unwilling to shed blood in their own nation to make their lives better. And until the miscreants start overthrowing their tyrants, then they need to be made so uncomfortable upon setting foot here that life and death are the only choices they get and they can use their own two feet to go back from where they came. Or else.

In closing, the rights of man do not guarantee jack to anyone – and sovereignty of nations is more than just arguing about American Exceptionalism. For if we are so cavalier as to allow an unmitigated infestation from our southern borders, then we cease to exist as a nation and we become merely what those sickly, selfish, and lazy border crossers avoided. If we cannot even have our President and his party to faithfully execute laws that are on the books and then just pick and choose what they will obey, then those southern invaders have not left home at all – they have simply entered a new, lawless, and arrogant America which has no ideals other than to get one party elected in perpetuity.

And that is tyranny – sold to us by a lie – and in a way that gives us no liberty of dissent – no freedom of seeking to improve ourselves – and a punishment that if we do succeed, we will be made to feel guilty because others who are unwilling to put in the energy and time fail and fall on their ass and are too stupid to pick themselves off the ground!

My ancestors died so that others could emulate the success of this nation – we did not shed blood so that the lazy and the sick can run rampant and get care that not even our military veterans can get. And while the sick and lazy from nations far away are selfishly placing themselves ahead of others, we endure our own customs’ lines and travel misery – and our sick and poor who really need help – the infirm mentally and physically, are just pissed on. And for a President and a party to place an invasion and its odor as a priority is disgusting.

It is time perhaps to act beyond just a ballot box.
