CNN reports on the supposed first ever successful penis transplant - replacing one amputated by botched tribal circumcision.   There was a supposedly successful smaller operation in China transplanting a penis from one Chinese man to another, but he couldn't handle the extra quarter inch of endowment and he asked to have it removed.    So, if successful, this operation chronicled in this story would be the first johnson to ever ejaculate for two men in history.
