There has been a chilling tendency by the media and by the left to fabricate false claims of racism to advance their agenda to paint a picture of blacks being persecuted and that police are on a rampage to kill young black males.    And King Pimple of a Man has done nothing to quash this narrative - in fact, whenever he has a chance, he inserts himself on the side of this narrative only to find out that the facts don't support that narrative.    And he never apologizes for being on the wrong side - you see - with leftists, they simply claim that there COULD be cases of real racism elsewhere and the results of these highly publicized instances are grounds enough to investigate police across America - facts won't stand in the way of the race-baiting snow job.

And so we have another case of a young black man dying in the hands of police - and since we all know that police are ALWAYS WHITE AND MALE, this is a case of white on black murder.    The narrative even starts with a false claim of racism since we all know blacks and women are also on police forces.    In this case, according to a published Baltimore Sun account dated on April 20, 2015, "officer Garrett Miller wrote that Gray was stopped because he 'fled unprovoked upon noticing police presence.'"    And we also know that Gray had an extensive rap sheet and was well known to officers who police this area.   It is thus not simply a case of the police picking out a random black man to harass - they exercised proper policing to investigate why a known drug dealer and user was fleeing police just at the sight of them.   It is highly unlikely that Gray was running from police to go home and to get them cookies he had just baked.

What is starting to come out now is that there was a second prisoner in the van with Gray and this prisoner is saying that it was Gray who was INTENTIONALLY INJURING HIMSELF - highly plausible situation so as to (1) create a false race-based arrest (2) a way to avoid potential additional legal charges (3) fabricate police brutality and (4) all of the above.    The Washington Post today reported the other prisoner's account.

There were reports that also indicated that Gray had a pre-existing spinal injury but those accounts cannot be verified.   It is known that Gray asked for medical care - though this seems perplexing if he was intentionally injuring himself.   The cries could have just been a way to mask his responsibility for the injuries and could give reason why the police weren't taking him seriously.

If Gray did inflict this injury upon himself, then those who were committing "yelling fire in a crowded theater" should be prosecuted according to the Supreme Court standards imposed upon similar cases of fanning flames based on a volatile situation.    It is time that those who incite riots are dealt with in the most punitive, legal means necessary!
