Apparently the first shrew has not taught her dog, Mothra, about modesty.   With a skirt that nearly reveals her mooch hoo hoo, Queen Moochelle is a lacking mother.   Or, she is advertising her dog as a potential cheap wife for an Ice Piss suitor.
