Earlier today I offered a compelling compromise on race. Placing what is offensive to one race against that of what is offensive as another and offering the abolition of all said offenses with swift and just punishment.
And now I seek to tackle the elephant in the room with an even more sweeping - and to Democrats who use "common sense" on their proposals, I invoke the same disingenuous label upon my proposal for defining abortion procedures.
In this proposal, I shall accept the premise of Roe v. Wade that a woman has the absolute right to control her body and what she puts into it. And as a basis of this acceptance, this proposal bans any woman from determining what happens to a man's genitals - during child hood or severance as a punishment by a woman on a man she claims cheats on her. We shall hold women to the standard of their victory with abortion to a mighty high standard of conduct. Removal of a male's foreskin or the amputation of his penis or castration out of anger is strictly prohibited and subject to life in prison without hope of parole.
I'm not focking around.
Yet, I do not seek to stop there. As with all other rights that we are guaranteed in written form in the Constitution that the left seeks to limit with a myriad of excuses, I shall thus impose limits of a similar and good natured candor upon women and abortions. You can have them, but there is a limit upon getting them because no right is absolute and whether it is guns, campaigns, or the right to vote, you seem hellbent to limit our God given rights at any turn.
I thus offer:
- A required national database on those women who get an abortion. Since abortion necessarily means that a life is taken, we must ensure that a woman is of sound mind and body and that she be required to be placed on a registry and that the precise circumstances of getting knocked up will impose further restrictions on future abortions. With rape and incest being mitigating factors, we simply cannot allow the use of abortion as birth control for women of weak moral and responsibility means. And yes, restrictions on quantity of abortions will be imposed. It is the intent to impose a life-time restriction of one abortion per woman over her life. Unless she can confine her sexual promiscuity to cousins and brothers, a woman gets one life to kill over her life.
- A new requirement that an advocate paid by taxpayers will be afforded every fetus whose life is seeking to be terminated. The advocate shall bring the woman seeking abortion to court where she must present the crimes the fetus has committed and to afford the fetus with all due process protections that a common criminal and death warrant imposed criminal. The intent of this advocacy is not to expedite the termination of life, but to give the fetus a chance to protect itself; and since a fetus is never a carrot, a radish, a frog, or a chimpanzee, the deference is toward protecting the fetus as the absolute most innocent form of life, and the burden of termination of that life falls upon the mother of the child to substantiate reasons beyond mere inconvenience for termination; and with this obligation shall of course be cost free pregnancy services and adoption services. Beyond that, it is the obligation of the mother or her lawyers to prove life threatening complications that would require termination of the unborn; or a basis of rape or incest.
- All abortions will be video recorded - the procedures and carnage available at no cost to every citizen of the country.
- It is the intent of this proposal to impose obligations and restrictions upon women at the same level of common sense standards imposed on gun sales, restrictions on free speech, the imposition on exercise of free religion, and other enumerated rights where the left has sought to redefine declared rights. At no time should an abortion be easily available (unless for the life of the mother); it is also the intent to delay abortions until such time as the child is born and at no time shall proceedings complete faster than already unlawful abortion time tables. As this proposal is common sense oriented, it seeks to impose ridiculous restrictions upon a right that has never existed where one human can terminate another human's life without due process. This proposal affords the unconvicted fetus the same due process rights of a death row inmate. At no point in the execution of this proposal shall the woman's feelings ever be considered. If we are oblivious to the needs of common citizens to seek protection of their lives and property through the acquisition of a firearm in a timely manner, we shall not give a flying fock what a woman feels or wants.
