There should be absolutely no case where anyone gets to vote without a PHOTO ID.
Never. Not any chance.
Elections don't sneak up on us. You have all year to check to see if you are a legitimate voter and to see if you are on voting rolls and to remediate issues that arise.
If you can pick up an Obamaphone, go to the grocery store to use your EBT card, you can also find a way to get a photo ID that is RECOGNIZED by your state's voting precinct. And if you try a little harder, you might be able to see if your poor ass can qualify for a free photo ID!
And there should be a notice that if you are a dumbass and you forget your photo ID at home during election day, you don't get a provisional ballot - you act like an adult and carry your ass back home to get it. If you are too lazy to think before you go to vote, you are too stupid to be allowed to vote.
If you arrive at a polling place and your name is not on the voter roll, you should be dismissed and not be allowed to vote - considering that since the last election day you've had at least 365 days to resolve any problems. Once again, the lazy and the stupid should not be allowed to vote.
There should never be PROVISIONAL BALLOTS. Either you are legal to vote or you aren't. If you are not on the voter roll by the time election day arrives, tough shit.
It is time to stop multiple votes, illegal aliens from voting, and to prevent Chicago dead people from rising up out of the grave every election day (imagine the energy they spend to do that!) and to vote at least once.
