He's taking a crowbar to your back doors.
He wants what you have. He is unfortunate. He doesn't make a lot of money and notices that your lifestyle allows you to have things he can't have. That just isn't fair. And since he knows you have great stuff, he feels there is no problem in entering your home, through whatever means necessary, to get what you have. He knows you are a nice family and might give him something if he could wait. But he knows he is special and that the mayor of the town you live in really has a bleeding heart. And he'll ask the police to look the other way because you are a greedy family and you aren't going out of your way to let people who aren't in your family to live with you and to eat your food, to use all your toilet paper, and to rape your daughter should they want to. Perhaps they might want to murder you or one of your loved ones. We can't hold their past against them.
So Bruce gains access to your home -he steps across the border of the outside to the inside and now is inside your home and suddenly he is now going to own part of your home by virtue of his desire to make it so.
Who can blame him?
Why should he wait like other fools and see if you'll give him a quarter or money for a Big Mac? If he can act on his own with the cover of the Mayor, then he can get all of what you work for without doing a damned thing. Ignoring laws is nothing important to him. Laws pertain only to you the homeowner, and now he's got his share.
Illegal aliens are no different than a burglar trying to access your home. These miscreants have no less virtuous reasons to want to steal their way here - they scamper across the border like roaches in the dark of night. Certainly they evade capture just like your burglar evades your security cams. These illegal aliens could seek admittance to the United States by following our laws, but that is really not important to them since they know the Mayor, King Pimple of a Man, will look the other way. Those who support illegal aliens will lambast you, the homeowner, the citizen, for having the audacity for not wanting to share what you've got with those who want what you have.
I thus make this demand upon you supporters for illegal aliens - open your home - allow these people to have unmitigated access to what you've bought and worked for. If you are such high and mighty people, you'll not care if these people steal your tv or eat all your food without paying for it. Maybe these people want to send your TV home back to Pedro, Jose, or Juanita. If you are a supporter of illegal aliens, you can't say no them taking your stuff without permission. You see, you already support lawless conduct - you can't simply decide to invoke the law when your ox is being gored - or your ass being raped.
