A Plan to Save America From Itself
I firmly believe that those on the left and on the right of politics in America truly want to resolve America's problems. Moderates have no clue as to what they want. Otherwise they'd be on the left or on the right. Spineless rat bastards!
I thus will pull from both sides of the political spectrum to resolve the issues I outline. I will use the logic of both sides to implement this plan.
The key principle here is that we are all created equal. Equal still means the same. I will enforce that like a badass.
Fiscal Sanity
At no point can we sustain spending more than we take in for revenues. Our problem is NOT that we don't have enough revenue despite what Nancy Pelosi has said in the past. Our problem is that we spend our money without prudent thought - without actually doing it efficiently. And since the left has received their tax increases under King Pimple of a Man, they can't have anymore. It is thus up to fiscal conservatives and libertarians to supply budget sanity. The goal is to implement a balanced budget with a debt repayment plan. With the King and his party adding $10 trillion to the debt in only eight years (according to budget projections), we must implement a plan to pay off our national debt in ten years. We must act now because interest rates will surely increase and the added costs to the budget will explode by adding $300 billion or more to our expenditures for interest increases alone!
Immediately Congress will be charged with formulating an annual budget which is their basic constitutional job. Congress will be charged with cutting every budget by the percentage that they overspent last year. Everyone suffers equally. Just because you have a brood of eight does not mean you are exempt.
Income Sanity
We must teach the poor how to stop being stupid with their money; and at no point is the rise in the 1%'s income levels ever causing the poor to be poor. We must teach the poor to eschew being bling addicts and to eschew investing $2500 in wheels and rims on a $500 car that they are paying 30% interest on for both. We need to teach the poor fiscal patience and to prioritize their money and to set aside money for a rainy day and to live below their means. We should raise the minimum wage to at least $15 per hour and then to give the employers a break, all taxes on wages that they pay right now should be shifted back to the workers. We should not increase the cost of a new job - if a business wants to hire a worker, it should not cost them more than a minimum of $15 per hour. No mandates for healthcare. No mandates of any kind. We should implement a tax plan that taxes everyone on everything they get in a year at the rate of 10% minimum. That means all benefits and direct and indirect income should be taxed at a minimum of 10%. You can no longer plead you are poor. You are making $15 per hour at a minimum. All businesses and corporations shall pay 10% for their tax rate. Social Security taxes will have their ceilings removed and then we will means test getting any money back. Life is a bitch. And we shall then add a 1% debt repayment tax on everyone as a national sales tax on every transaction including ebay and garage sales. All illegal activities will be subject to collection of back taxes including a total asset seizure that will be used to pay down the national debt; the back taxes will not be excused and those in prison will have to pay those back taxes and upon release, they'll have to pay those back taxes. Everyone will have all tax credits and deductions cancelled. You wanna buy a house? That is your problem. Deal with it. Capital gains will be taxed at 10% as any money earned in the stock market or the sale of a house. And all estates will be taxed at a flat 10% regardless of the value.
Racial Sanity
I know. You are black. Your life matters. And you are a victim. After over 70 years of this song and dance, we need to change the record. And we will. All races and ethnicities need to get a clue and to stop doing things that put you in harm's way of the law. If you rob a store, don't whine that you get roughed up by the police. If you were at home masturbating instead of holding up a liquor store, you'd not be thrown into the back of a police vehicle and then subjected to dumbass head injuries. If you don't walk in the middle of the street with your pants down to your ankles, you won't get stopped by the police. And if you grow up and stop displaying your ethnicity-centric-superior icons like Puerto Rican or Confederate flags or playing rap music so loud that it juggles my intestines two traffic lights away, then we won't have to racially profile you. It is amazing what a level of common sense can do to calm down things. The Irish and Chinese have just as much right to whine about ethnic profiling as any black has. Somehow the former has gotten their acts together and the latter is a member of the perpetual church of sister and brother victimhood.
Immigration Sanity
Without a doubt our legal immigration policies should be reviewed and streamlined. There is no reason it should take 10 years for some American man to get a russian female bride from Russia to here who will then cheat on him after they are married and divorce him. This whole process should take a year and maybe the marriage will last longer than the process.We cannot tolerate those who break a myriad of immigration laws to determine the level of enforcement of those laws. Our goal as a nation should be to implement sports drafting procedures for our immigrants - at this point we should only get first and second round level of immigrants who actually have a potential to be more than drunk drivers or child molesters when they get here. And let's get real, we don't need migrant workers to pick vegetables when we have people on welfare watching "Jerry Springer" and receiving taxpayer redistribution funds to sustain their fat ass growing scenarios.
Yes, we should make it intolerable for immigration lawbreakers to stay here. We must accept we cannot turn the clock back and inject intelligence into those who have illegally crossed our border and to instill a level of realistic levels of self importance. We must not pander to those who have stolen their way here for those people have no right to be here in the first place. And yes, if you squat and drop a baby here, that baby is an anchor baby. If you were a legal alien that would be a citizen. The fact that you stole your way here makes that anchor baby your responsibility and we should have no shame or second thoughts packing you and your family and your anchor babies up and to send you back to your native land. You put yourself ahead of others and that is selfish. You could have waited in line and you chose not to. For that reason you cannot stay here no matter how long it takes to make your lives so miserable that you'll deport yourselves before we do. And we can and will deport you with extreme prejudice. If you leave on your own you can find a way to take your stuff with you. If we find you, you get to take your ass and your family back across the border and jack shit after that.
We should expand our immigration so that we only get the best and brightest of any ethnic group. Just because you are hispanic does not mean you are special. Stuff your taco and get over it.
We are a melting pot, not a toilet. We have far too long accepted the shit from other countries and then you don't even flush. Well, the Roto-Rooter will be deployed and you will be gone. You are to assimilate here and to become an American. You aren't owed any hyphenation. You aren't owed bilingual anything. You are to learn English or you can take your ass home. Deal with it, Pedro.
Foreign Policy Sanity
The rest of the world is a bigger shit hole than America. We should worry about our friends and let our enemies go to hell since that is where they want to take us. Canada, Western Europe, Japan, Israel, and a few other countries should be our concern and the rest of you - go fock yourself. China? You've got to be kidding. We know you want to kill us in the end. And after this plan goes into effect, you can consider the reciprocity of your plan thrown back at you. As far as the Middle East, at this point let the Mooslims kill each other. Right now there is no way to tell a reasonable Mooslim from a Rabid Dog. Thus we should not give a rat's ass about Isis, Al Qaeda, or a dirty asshole.
Energy Sanity
We should develop all domestic energy sources and that includes fossil fuels and renewable energy sources like solar and wind and nuclear. We should not put one in front of the other and all subsidies to develop or to purchase any of these should be abolished. If you want to save energy, then you pay for the technology. Your neighbor should not be forced to pay for some of the subsidy for you to buy a Chevrolet Volt. We shall implement a 10 year goal to be totally free of any energy imports.
Environmental Sanity
We shall place a moratorium on all new environmental laws and regulations and we shall immediately suspend all executive orders from any President over the past forty years that increase environmental regulations. We shall immediately put the States in control of their own policies. As long as one state follows federal environmental laws, that state cannot whine that other states are doing more or less.
Congressional Sanity
We shall immediately make every member of Congress and the Senate and their staffs subject to all laws and regulations applied to regular citizens. We shall also index Congressional pay to the median American's salary and will require members of Congress to share residential facilities in Washington just as struggling Americans have to do with roommates. This will greatly decrease the cost of living in Washington for these government employees and it will be easy to see who is getting graft when they don't complain about making ends meet. We want our Congress to feel all the pain the average American feels trying to make a paycheck stretch. At no time should Congress be more comfortable than the average American. No more limos or special transportation to Capitol Hill. We will buy a fleet of diesel school buses to transport members of Congress back and forth to work - and yes, they will have to buy tickets like you do. Congress will be afforded a pay raise equal to the increase in inflation - however, that pay raise is tied to the achievement of debt repayment progress. If we do not make the debt repayment on schedule, then Congress gets no pay raise.We shall also freeze all government worker pay for 10 years and we shall reduce the government employee workforce equal to attrition - that means we will not add anyone to replace someone who retires - we'll instead shift employees throughout the government and add work to everyone in order to make government more efficient.
Obamascare
It is history. Not only will you not be required to purchase health insurance, you won't be required to cover your neighbor's pre-existing conditions. Insurance companies will be able to sell in all states and for families to pool together to form reduced cost pools for insurance. It follows that if you are sick, you should pay more. We will not allow you to go without insurance as we will require companies to insure you, but you alone bear the cost of the insurance that they provide. Catastrophic coverage exception - for those with pre-existing conditions or with health scares that blow your budget and finances, you can elect to enroll in a total protection plan that covers you when your condition lasts more than one month in hospital or your condition last more than one year outside of hospital; you will be completely covered but you will pledge your entire assets against this coverage and when you die, your estate and assets will be sold to reimburse the taxpayers; should there be a balance left, the taxpayers will be on the hook and a fund will be created to cover these extra costs.
Those who elect to go without insurance will be obligated to repay any costs through current legal procedures in the form of judgments with a lien placed on all assets to be used to repay the debt at death.
Gun Control and Abortion
Since you have a right to keep and bear arms, there shall be no restrictions on what you can buy or how many of them you can have. Since Abortion necessarily means that one life is no longer given protection of liberty and the pursuit of happiness and since no right can be exercised that deprives another of rights, abortion is hence illegal on all instances except when a family must decide for the life of the mother. Only the family of the knocked up woman can decide to terminate the fetus to save the life of the mother. If a family cannot come to agreement, then the woman dies and no attempt will be made to save the fetus. Thus compromise must be made or nothing happens. This is an incentive to make a decision. A woman may have a legal document to provide instructions in the situations of life-saving. The fact that a fetus is created because of rape or incest does not make it less special a life and hence that will not be a factor in allowing the termination of the pregnancy. All options of adoption should be provided instead and the woman is not obligated to cover the costs of the pregnancy in those situations. Those will be borne by the taxpayers.
