But I am solidly American - without hyphenation or shame - one who has an ancestry that can be traced to the England of the 1050's - a person who is here in this country by virtue of the religious persecution of the England of the 1600's and whose family has been here since the early 1600's.
I most certainly have a stake in the direction that America is headed and am a son of liberty in my heart with a passion of liberty and freedom that is now over 400 years old in spirit.
In my heart, I fully believe in liberty for all - regardless of who or what you are - so long as you live within the framework that our founding fathers established - with the Federal Government intentionally limited in its scope - and with the Petri dishes of the States to enact legislation that best suits their individual needs. Our Federal Government must necessarily be hamstrung - limited to only the common defense and to promote commerce within and without the country. Beyond this scope, this nation must be brought back to its roots and liberty be the overriding factor of ours eschewing a police state and making the police's job the easiest it can be.
Those who are enemies of the Constitution - our nation - our principles - have contrived the notion that our Founding Document is a living and breathing document - that what was meant two or three hundred years ago is of no value in our modern world. In the notion of those who advocate bastardizing the original intention of this document is that we can pull out of our collective asses the notion that a woman can kill an unborn human without issuing it a hint of due process but we must welcome and provide the full protection of our laws those who step foot on our soil without any permission or right. In this notion of laws without borders, we supplant our own sovereignty with the sovereignty of the individual non-citizen - that our compassion for them extends that they can be allowed to vote for more bastardization of our laws while we persecute those citizens who value themselves as Sovereign Citizens in which their liberty is pissed on and their bodies are incarcerated because they are the ultimate threat even as their numbers pale in comparison to the scope of the southern roach infestation from our south.
It is laughable that a woman, who ultimately controls the entire process of reproduction, can contrive a right to kill another human being without any restrictions - without any due process afforded for that most innocent human yet to be born - of a life that chose neither reproductive partner - and one who gets extinguished on the basis that the female has second thoughts after opening her legs to permit an action that can only end in one ultimate conclusion. And yet, this magical right to have second thoughts and to violate the rights of another human being are now presumed sacrosanct simply because of a court decision saying it is so even as our founding document says that no right can be exercised in which another's right is diminished. It is thus we have a limit on free speech because of the threat to life of another in crowded theatres. And it is why the right to bear arms has had its scope limited as well. Yet, the butcher machine of 40 years of Roe v. Wade has extinguished 50 million innocent lives - most of them black lives that didn't seem to matter. We have this repugnant double-standard that we can limit explicit rights that are written for all to see, but we dare not limit the rights that judges pull out of their asses!
We are here now - at a tipping point of the forces of the Living Document Constitutional Rapists and those who seek the Purity of the Document down to its roots. The Living Documents crowd is the weakest and most spineless (and least educated) group of so-called Americans because they don't even have the balls or the energy to amend the document in the way that they seek. You see, to these miscreants, it is far easier to claim that the Constitution is what Leftists spew it is rather than to contemplate that the document means something and that amendments could work; for to amend the document would mean the document has principle values; and none of those values can co-exist with a leftist bend because to be leftist is to desire the greatest in Federal power, and to value the Constitution at its core is to limit the Federal Government's ability to invade our lives with its punitive overreach.
In this election of 2016 we have the encroachment of the State in our lives as we've never had it before. The Living Document crowd is represented by the treasonists of Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton who are enemies of a limited scope Constitution. Being enemies and exploiters of the document does make them Traitors to a free people; but we cannot merely hold that the Democrats are bastards and enemies of our country - we have the Jeb Bushes, the Lindsay Grahams, the John McCains, the Marco Rubios, Gangs of Eight et al, and a hair piece of enormous wealth, who seek to forever eviscerate our Founding Document because it stands in the ultimate way of an enormous and permanent power grab from which liberty shall never shine and for which no man will be free from dictates of Executive overreach which will effectively render the legislature useless and thus will necessarily elevate the Judicial decrees of rendering actual written rights as meaningless and ass-pulled decisions as being lawful and unanswerable to future court review.
It is admirable that the leftists and Living Documents proponents should feel so righteous that their hearts bleed, that their feelings are more feeling, and that their intents are so much more justice and good than anyone else's feelings. In this Nirvana of Leftist Ideology, it is only necessary that the Federal Government can do something in order to justify doing it rather than reviewing whether there is any power granted to the Federal Government to act; and by contriving a living document ideology, you can bypass this debate because who can argue with the fact that times have changed since the 1700's and none of those old white men could have possibly known that only now would transgendered and gay people would exist at our time, and that black people would adopt a notion of perpetual victimhood while Chinese and Irish people were treated as property in the 1800's as our railroads were being developed? How dare we limit our bleeding heart notions, say the leftists, when those who stand against us are necessarily the advocates of "no" - and because we shape the message and infest our media with our minions - we should have the ultimate say in how things go and those who impede our progress are the real enemies of women, gays, Kardashians, and those who don't respect our borders. And since we can and will impose a contrivance of law that every one must have health insurance - that we also remove any freedom on choosing what insurance qualifies - and that we impose the costs of those who live lives that create their pre-existing conditions onto those who have common sense and who don't practice poor personal decisions!
And now we are here - at the cliff of freedom - where the onslaught of leftist pigisms threaten to push us over the cliff because we dare to stand in their way - saying "no" - and ultimately standing for liberty over their power grab.
