Just three years, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said that the United States government doesn’t have “a spending problem,” a position President Obama has reportedly taken in private but avoided saying in public.

About News (March 2016) notes, "The first, and largest, is how much debt has been added since Obama took office. On January 20, 2009, when he was sworn in, the debt was $10.626 trillion.

Today it's slightly more than $19 trillion. That's why most people say Obama added nearly $9 trillion to the debt, more than any other President."

And it should be noted that this analysis does not include FY2016 results while will add over $500 billion in deficit spending when books close.   US CBO UPDATE

Oddly, Nancy Pelosi was lying about us not having a spending problem.    We all know Democrats only tell the truth; but she's wrong.   We have record revenues in the first Quarter FY 2016 so we've actually now achieved record spending despite President Obama telling us the recession is over and that would mean we don't need all the spending he's added for an emergency.

Here's the dirty secret that most of you likely don't know.   Our media won't report this because it would require us to hold Barack Obama accountable.

When G. W. Bush left office in January 2009, there was a budget in effect (FY 2009).  It would have had a $200 billion deficit as passed.    When Barack Obama was finished with his add-ons for "emergency spending", he inflated that budget by over $900 billion and those costs were shifted to Bush's Presidency, not to Obama's even though Obama added the debt.    Sadly, the worst news is that Obama and the Democrats used the FY2009 budget with all of the extra spending as the new baseline budget instead of going back to the original FY2009 budget passed under Bush.    Instantly, Obama and the Democrats padded Federal spending by $1 trillion overnight and have done so ever since.   And the Democrats controlled the House and Senate through January 2011 when they lost control of the House.   And it wasn't until January 2015 that the Senate went Republican.   So most of all of the problem of fiscal insolvency lies with the Democrats.

What must happen now is that we must cut a minimum of $1 trillion out of our budget.    Since the Democrats are crowing about how great the economy is doing, the emergency is over and we must go back to the original FY2009 budget and then add in inflation to set our new FY2017 budget.

And we must start with every program that is not specifically granted as a power to the Federal Government by the Constitution.

At this point, the defense department will be exempt.

And yes, we must stab entitlements in the heart and cut all welfare and human services programs by 25%; we must cut our education budget by 40%; we must cut every other department by no less than 15%.

We have no more time - no more room to whine and to complain about the poor people who will be impacted.    We must go back to requiring single adults to go without any welfare unless they are mentally or physically unable to work - and that does not mean that we can have an inflation of back pain cases like we had during the entire Obama Presidency where people went on disability after their unemployment insurance ran out.     We can no longer tolerate people who can otherwise take care of themselves to be supported by taxpayers.   We can no longer tolerate unmitigated reproduction while women are on welfare; we need to implement a zero tolerance policy on adding children AFTER going on the government dole; women will be required to cease sexual activity and/or use birth control (provided by taxpayers) to prevent pregnancy; however, if any children are added to that family, then the mother will be required to choose between putting that child up for adoption or being kicked off welfare.

Since human services and entitlements make up the fastest growing and largest segment of the budget, we must slash spending here and reducing each families' handout by 40% on all accounts.   We must abolish the Earned Income Tax credit; we must require the poor to pay a minimum of 1% of their income (and benefits) in taxes so they feel the pain the rest of us feel.

It is guaranteed that if we follow this above policy we will balance the budget and if we hold to only added the cost of inflation to the budget, we will actually have surpluses and we can start paying down the national debt; you all cannot fathom what our interest costs will be like if interest rates increase.   We must act now to get ahead of this - we cannot afford another Democrat - we cannot afford any Progressive as President.   We must have fiscal responsibility -and we must act absolutely now!
