I am insulted that we would base any policy on the "identity" that someone chooses. This is a repugnant standard and I will exploit it and shred the basis of gender-speculators' use of the bathroom of their choice.
We live in a world of perverts. Perverts, according to the standard of gender-speculators, have every right to dress up as they want and to arbitrarily choose to "identify" as what they want. Perverts aren't undertaking their identification on any gender-speculation - perverts want access to something and let's explore the outrageous unintended consequence of pandering to gender-speculators' wishes.
Robert is a 45 year old man who likes to cross dress as a woman. He at no time wants to be a woman or to every change his manhood into a nasty snatch. He just likes the feel of women's clothes.
And he also likes little girls.
According to the unlimited standard of the advocates for the gender-speculators, Robert has every right to invade a women's room because he identifies as a woman. Gender-speculators are not limiting the entry to any restroom - in fact - the only standard that gender-speculators have is that if you "identify" as a gender, that is the gender restroom you have a right to use.
Mary and her two daughters, Rose, 10, and Mary, 12, are using the restroom. These three females are natural and normal. Their anatomy is totally female and they are women. They don't have to identify. They are. Rose and Mary are using the stall toilets while Mary is washing her hands.
In walks Robert. He has a five o'clock shadow and is dressed in bright yellow - dress and hat. He is fully equipped as a male. And he enters the stall next to Mary's daughters. Soon the sound of a man pissing resonates through the bathroom - deep roar from an evident well endowed penis, Robert gets to do this because he identifies at a moment as a female.
The two young girls run out of their stalls and cling to their mom not quite sure how to act as a man has invaded their privacy and has resulted in them hearing the sound of a man's pissing. Soon Robert exits the toilet and is seen adjusting himself revealing hairy legs and of course his beard in making.
Here we have a situation that will happen because the selfish gender-speculators made it possible. Even if Robert, a pervert who likes his fish not fully grown, doesn't do anything toward the girls, he has invaded their privacy. This will happen. You damned well know it. And there is nothing you leftists can do to stop it since all anyone needs to do is to "identify" for an hour the gender of their choice and they have a right to invade our privacy based on their whim.
I just don't get it - if you can't deal with your sexuality, that is your issue. You don't have to use anything public until you complete your gender-speculation. I would argue that we must hold gender-speculators to a high standard of conduct because perverts will use this loophole to invade our privacy in locker rooms and in restrooms. Once someone who is swinging in their sexual decision has made the obligatory action of removing their birth goods, and then assuming the gender of their speculation, then I am all in for them to take their former penis ownership into a rest room if they've now gotten the nasty ass snatch they want.
Until then, fock off, gender-speculators. We cannot allow your situation to open the door to real perverts.
