Your job is governed by rules.

And when you are the head of a government agency, rules don't exist.   Everything you do is governed by statues which are laws.

And now we find that the State Department, of which Kankles the Klown was the head fat ass, has found in an audit that she violated rules.

And those rules are really laws.

So when is she going to be prosecuted for violating the laws?
