Immigration is left the the state to determine standards that optimizes the nation's national assets, minimizes costs, assists in assimilation of the potential immigrant, and uplifts the nation.
At no time is immigration ever to allow non-assimilation of the immigrant and by defacto forcing the nation to adapt to them; it is not worth spit to have someone who isn't fully vested to become an America while retaining the necessary trappings of their culture to add a spice to the melting pot; we cannot allow an entire container of salt to be poured into our melting pot just because the miscreant is a hispanic. This is not just, this is not equal protection, this is not fair.
I thus offer as a second part of my immigration reform proposal (first being a lethal mile wide protection zone to prevent any miscreants from entering the nation without authorization), an immigration policy solely based on the needs of the United States and to intentionally ban all that would be a drain on our collective asset.
We must realize that this world is no longer able to absorb all the sob stories of those too weak to defend themselves. If we allow those to escape their nations without shedding their own blood as we did in our Revolutionary War, then we are pissing on our relatives' doing the same. We can no longer tolerate weakness, blubbering, sob stories about children, and we cannot allow the unclean which are merely plague blankets being sent to wage war with us.
I thus offer:
PLANK ONE: All illegal aliens currently in the United States are hereby banned from ever being citizens, receiving benefits of any kind, required to pay double in taxes, and not allowed to hold a job or to have any housing; any business or individual which provides sanctuary to these miscreants will have their assets revoked and their businesses fined and/or seized. If it is found that the illegal alien used faked or forged paperwork, the business will not be fined, but the employee will be immediately seized and deported without regard to any family roots in this country; that employee will be given the chance to take his family with him, but that family will be sought out and deported regardless. The employee will be given the one chance to have his family with him; whether he chooses his family or to mitigates none of his illegality. We are just being as nice as we will ever be.
PLANK TWO: A national survey of skills and professions needed will be undertaken. We will then provide to all state employment agencies these same lists; in order to ensure that legal citizens are hired first, the Federal Government will pay for re-location of all new hires to match people with jobs. No such funds will be available for illegal aliens or people who have overstayed their visas or permits.
PLANK THREE: All legal immigration policies will invoke the new "market test" to see if the incoming immigrant applicant has skills that can be matched with a job after such a job has remained open for more that 60 days and unfulfilled by a legal citizen. At such time these jobs will be considered open to all legal citizens and legal immigration applicants on a first come, first served basis. If a citizen is hired for these jobs, they automatically forfeit all welfare benefits and handouts; there will be no option - all welfare recipients will automatically be forced to accept a job that matches their skill and given free relocation; refusal will result in automatic dismissal from all aid programs of all kinds.
PLANK FOUR: Since illegal immigrants are violating Federal law each minute they reside here, the Federal Government will investigate all reports of illegal immigrant populations and an exhaustive removal of these immigrants will be exercised; having a job or a family will not be an excuse for retaining them or giving them retroactive ass covering; a seized illegal will be given a chance to have his family to be deported with him; all expenses will be employed to do so regardless, but at least they can leave as a family.
PLANK FIVE: The definition of citizen will invalidate all births by non-legal immigrants and retroactively make the dropped anchor baby an illegal alien; all will be deported back regardless of their age or having assumed majority.
PLANK SIX: It is the intent of this plan to seize all illegal immigrant property or assets and those assets will be used to take care of our poor or our legal-immigrants. Property will be auctioned off and proceeds used to finance the job relocation fund.
PLANK SEVEN: All illegal aliens will be finger printed and photographed prior to deportation; it will be required to use a finger print check to process legal immigration assets; those whose fingerprints are matched to the deported list will be refused entrance for life.
PLANK EIGHT: All legal immigration applicants must pass background checks; if such a background check comes up as inconclusive, that applicant will be refused; we shall not allow admission to the United States any applicant which has more than one crime committed that is a misdemeanor and the last infraction cannot be committed in the last five years or less.
PLANK NINE: English is the official language of the United States and it is the burden of the legal immigrant application to pass an english competency test within one year of admission or they will be subject to probation for six months until they do pass the test; failure at this time will result in revocation of legal status and deportation will begin.
PLANK TEN: Commission of two misdemeanors or one felony and having been adjudicated through the courts through due process will result in automatic deportation of any such legal-immigrant. Once again the family of the deported will be sent packing with that such alien.
PLANK ELEVEN: It is the intent that our immigration policy shall solely be based on adding assets to this nation and not to incur costs; a small portion of slots outside of this policy shall be set aside for persecution based solely on ethnic or religious reasons; single males and females over the age of 14 will not be permitted entry under any sob story. And all such applications shall be subject to exhaustive background checks (see plank eight).
PLANK TWELVE: This plan will supercede any Obama era executive actions and will supplant them; as this proposal is consistent with current immigration laws, this will be Constitutional.
PLANK THIRTEEN: Anyone refusing to abide by these laws will be found in contempt of Congress and subject to imprisonment upon conviction. A second infraction will be the highest chargeable felony and subject to punishment therefore. Conscience is not an excuse to violate laws; conscience requires the person to act at the ballot box; failure to convince a majority to change elected officials is a failure of conscience.
