I thus propose the following:
- Anyone who earns an income from reporting "news" on national Congressional, Senatorial, or Presidential elections must disclose the following on any news article or campaign commentary article that they author or have shown on television or broadcast on radio at the beginning and end of said shows;
- Any campaign contributions made to any political parties within the last 12 years;
- Any votes for any political congressional, senatorial, or presidential election in the last 12 years;
- Any campaign functions, benefits, fundraisings, or related campaign activities in which the reporter was invited over the past 12 years;
- Any party affiliation that their state's voting registrar requires over the last twelve years;
- Should the reporter have no voting or campaign donation history, that will be stated clearly that there is no history of voting or donations during the last 12 years.
- Failure to disclose the information above should result in a minimum fine of $100,000 and up to five years in prison.
- Every voter must be required to have a photo id (state issued and free to all citizens) that clearly states that the voter is a U.S. citizen; such ID's will be valid for 5 years and must be renewed with anniversary dates being the birth date of the voter; failure to produce a non-expired ID shall be grounds to have the vote invalidated until such time as a new ID can be produced on election day; failure to present this ID will prevent the citizen from voting; any counterfeiting of this document shall result in a $500,000 fine and 50 years in prison without the possiblity for parole on each count of counterfeiting;
- The use of exit polling shall be forever barred in all national elections;
- Reporting on elections shall be required to start only when the last poll closes in the latest closing area so as not to influence any late state votes by early state reporting.
- All early voting will be barred and the only absentee ballots that will be permitted are for those people who through no fault of their own are out of the country;
- All multiple voting days shall be banned and there will be one election day and all times will be standardized as running from 6 am to 10 pm in each state for national elections; it is the intent that no reporting on election results shall be conducted on election day; once the last west coast voting precinct has closed, then reporting may begin.
- Any illegal alien who is caught voting in a national election shall be subject to life in prison without parole; deportation will not be an option.
- No provisional ballots of any kind shall be used; it is the responsibility of the voter to make sure they are on the voting roll.
- No electioneering or citizen's groups like the black panthers, black lives matter, tea party, or the KKK or any other ethnic or racial group shall be permitted within 1 block of any polling place.
- It will be unlawful to ask another citizen whom they voted for; a voter may voluntarily disclose their choice without being asked during the election unless the voter is also reporting on the news and must comply with these new rules of disclosure to identify the bias of the source.
