Since the premise for its passage was flawed, this is not healthcare insurance.

This is a welfare program that must be abolished.

When Government can compel you to purchase something you in your right mind would not buy and cannot afford to use, it makes no sense to give the Government a dime.

When Government compels men to cover women's reproductive irresponsibility, there is no reason for a single man to support this law.

When Government can compel the healthy to cover those who have led poor lifestyles and have done the very activities that have resulted in their "pre-existing" conditions, then there is no reason to save the law.

It is thus that we should disband and eliminate every provision of a law that was never able to support itself and would have landed the United States into an expensive single payer program where the chosen afflictions would be covered and death panels would be used to remove the rest of us from getting any coverage at all.

Health insurance is not welfare - insurance is for unforeseen actions that you currently are not experiencing; and when you go to the well for coverage and compensation, you remove the virginity of your cheap policy and you thus should experience rate increases.    Only when you cherish your insurance and fail to use it until a real catastrophe happens, should you do so.

Insurance is never designed to give you free birth control pills no matter how you classify this as medicine.

Insurance is never designed to cover preventative care unless you buy a policy specifically with that; you should be obligated to live as clean a life as possible and if you don't, you should pay through the nose for coverage - if you can find any.

Women are not special.   Their care is of no consequence despite how loudly they impersonate seagulls and squawk and whine.

Citizens should be allowed to purchase only the level of care that they want - and if someone is so stupid as to elect an all-encompassing insurance policy, then they should pay through the nose for it.

The young should never be required to pay for health insurance - soak the old, soak the sick, soak those high consumers of services and force those people with a track record of poor personal decisions to pay for their healthcare.

Right now there is a national trend for clinics to offer "cash discounts" for coverage and I take advantage of that paying a lower rate than if I had insurance (which I cannot afford because of Obamacare) when I'm sick.    At no time in my over 50 years of life, have I yet paid for enough in monthly expenses that would equal my obamacare cost (and then I would have to spend an additional $6k in deductibles to boot!).

It is time to abolish this entire cesspool of leftist garbage - allow us to buy insurance across state lines and create pools for coverage to reduce costs; allow us to buy only that which we want and then to have catastrophic riders that allow us to choose to use it only when real situations present themselves.

And we should execute this pathetic law because of the asshole who created it and whose name is on it.
