I'm sure the militant queer folk are all up in arms over the United States Supreme Court 7-2 decision to side with the religious rights of a business owner over having to create, make, or design something that is violative of his/her religious rights.
Militant fools would have you to believe that the baker in question simply told a gay couple he would not bake them ANYTHING. That never was the case. The facts are that when the couple wanted a "gay wedding" cake made for them, he refused on the grounds that it violated his religious beliefs.
What we have here is a clear case of religious intolerance by militant gays thinking that their ways are superior in protection than someone who has religious beliefs counter to the popular or invogue aspects of our lives.
Had the facts actually supported the gay couple, then they could have forced a mooslim baker to whip up a cake of Adam and Steve that violated his mooslim religious trappings. I doubt such a case would have come to court since the mooslim would have Allahfuckbared the gay couple off the nearest tall building.
As a libertarian and a homosexual, I fully support the baker refusing to put a cake together that violates his religious trappings; as a gay artist I sure as hell don't want a Nazi to tell me to design him a poster since being a Nazi violates not only my religious beliefs, it violates my queer ones.
The fact remains that there were bakers of the queer persuasion that would have baked the couple a cake and likely would have done a great job at understanding Adam and Steve in their raping of the marriage definition to suit their narrow binary viewpoint of marriage. Certainly marriage is ONLY a religious institution and any whoring otherwise of that doesn't make it a right - it is invading a religious area of our lives forcing a definition that should be a civil one into the area of violating Church and State separation; and the State should never have stolen the word "marriage" for use in civil bonds; and is it bigoted to do what gay people did and to restrict the redefinition of marriage to suit only their narrow view instead of advocating that all consenting adult unions of any number should be recognized as civil unions; but alas, militant gays were really caring about marriage at all - they wanted to stick it to society. I know. I've been a dick sucking fag for nearly 40 years and the last thing gays wanted when I first came out was to marry. This whole thing is a shit load of fraud that makes a mockery of church and State separation and bastardizes marriage by stealing religion and then forcing it to change.
I hope now that gay bakers are forced to bake cakes for only straight people.
