I don't believe in the concept of "hate crimes".
Since all races and genders and sexual orientations (gender speculation doesn't count) are equal, then there can never be a hate crime committed by one against another.
But since leftist swine have contrived that hate crimes exist and should be punished, I'd like to throw the book at Jussie Smutfuck.
He fabricated a crime against his excessive pigment; he also chose to contrive a crime against his dick sucking nature; the reality is that he blamed white men wearing MAGA hats. Obviously he is a racist and a bigot who didn't bother to fabricate being beat up and nearly lynched by black gay men; he had to go to the precious and delicious vogue crime of a black man blaming whitie for his pathetic life and his pathetic life's outcome.
I want him punished as follows:
- He filed a false police report - that should net him three years in jail without anything else.
- He fabricated a hate crime by inventing a hate crime exploiting a race against him and exploiting his dick sucking preferences against a muff diver; that should carry whatever a hate crime would carry. And since he fabricated this crime, he should serve double time for it.
- He has repeatedly lied to the police. Let's treat him like Trump's henchmen - throw the book at this bastard for every time he lied. He should be up to a dozen charges for this alone.
- Life in prison really should be awarded to him though I hope he gets a shank and serves only a few years before being buried in a prison boneyard.
- Make this jerk an example for anyone who fabricates a rape, a hate crime, an assault, or whatever the faked crime may be. Let these fools rot in jail for life (until they are removed by the prison welcome wagon committee).
