We heard about the beard from the DNC convention that invented a childhood speech impediment that Joe Biden is claimed to have had his entire life that suddenly now is only disclosed because of his obvious and worsening mental state. The decline of Joe Biden's mental acumen is so profound that if you compare him a decade ago and now, you see a man who should be retired and resting at home rather than being in the White House. His decline is so serious as to question why he is being allowed to run.

Why is his now whore wife allowing him to run for office while even Ray Charles can see Joe Biden is mentally incompetent? Hell, Joe can't even tell his sister from his hump hole bitch on stage earlier this year!
One has to start to conclude that Dr. Jill, a pill so bitter with greed, that we have to wonder if she's allowing her husband to be a poster child for adult dementia? Was it her that invented the idea of exploiting a true child stutterer for cover for her husband who stammers and pauses because the power is out upstairs instead of stuttering because he can't get out a word. Joe's problem is so serious that he makes no sense sometimes and can't handle reality more often than not.

One of the signs of dementia is uncontrolled anger and in his 16 minute speech before the fake convention a week ago was an angry old man without any new ideas. He could read, but he could not do that for 70 minutes like the excessively long Donald Trump acceptance speech (and likely the reason Trump went all marathon to show his stamina compared to washed up Joe).
