Where is there ever a right for you to stay in a building that you do not own without paying for that time?

I want you bleeding heart leftists to find the right where you can compel a property owner to allow a miscreant, deadbeat (or single mother who lost her job) to stay rent free at any time?    Where is there ever the power of the Federal government (or even States) under their respective Constitution to compel a property owner to get shafted by those who claim bad economic times?

Look very hard.   You might even try looking for invisible ink.

You won't find any rights of the economically challenged to ever be allowed to compel a property owner to let them occupy a dwelling in perpetuity without paying for it.

You see, property owners have rights.    They paid for the property through outright purchase or are themselves paying monthly to have the audacity of ownership.   Economic times are not going to dictate whether they can fuck the lending institution by shafting them for money that was lent them to acquire the property.

It is high time we get over this feel good notion that kicking people out onto the streets is a bad thing.   Throughout history our ancestors have fallen on bad times and have had their shit thrown onto the sidewalk or curb when they could not pay the land owner.    Yes, there is shame for the deadbeat for not being able to afford the monthly cost of living there.

Who the fuck cares?

I am an old fashioned homo.   My parents taught me to live below my means - that means, always anticipate that life is going to suck and build a nest egg to cover your ass when things like the Biden Administration happen and the country goes to hell in a Gucci knockoff handbag.    Acquire only what you need and to save and to pay as you can.   Don't live paycheck to paycheck.   I know that concept is hard for people to understand, but you don't need to buy a new car to get transportation.    Buy a well conditioned fairly recent used car and let someone else take the depreciation.   Work your butt off to pay the loans off early if you must borrow.   If you must take out a loan at a higher interest rate, then work toward refinancing it at a much lower rate as soon as possible.    Use credit as little as possible and pay your fucking bills on time.    And if you can, pay your utilities a month ahead knowing your usual monthly expense.   Have that cushion already at that location so that if you lose your job, you have a month already there covered.    Save six months' expenses and put that in the bank as your emergency fund so you can cover your rent and food and other utility expenses.

And you don't have to be rich to do this - you just have to spend as little as possible on your fixed costs (rent, insurance, utilities) as possible and then set a budget for other controllable expenses - you can control your utilities somewhat - don't turn down the A/C as much or as warm in the winter - turn things off, etc.

While it is so easy to feel compassion for people having their shit thrown to the curb, understand that there is no reason to feel compassion when that person has not exercised adult responsibility and taken every step to make sure they are prepared for the worst even when good times are here.

It is time to teach some hard lessons in life - that nothing is free and you are owed jack.   The person that owns your property is entitled to being compensated or entitled to kick your ass out when you don't pay.   The sooner Americans learn the value of money and start taking personal responsibility for their lives, the better off we'll be.   If you can't afford kids, stop fucking.   Don't shove that cost onto me.   If you can't afford a Lexus, drive a Yugo.   If you can't afford an iPhuck, get a Motorola and use Mint mobile.    You'd be surprised how economically solvent you will become by living a moderate life with money - even $25 per month, left over and saved for another month.   If you spend every penny you earn, you deserve to get kicked to the curb.
