The
verdict is in. Kyle Rittenhouse has been acquitted on all
charges.
Up until I started paying attention to
the trial as it started, I only knew about this situation based upon
what the media has described:
- This guy was
a white supremacist;
- This guy
went to Kenosha to act like a bad ass;
- This guy
carried a firearm across state lines;
- This guy was
in illegal possession of such a firearm;
- This guy
intentionally sought out victims and shot them without being
provoked;
- The victims
were of a protected class of people;
- This guy was
directed by a belief in Trumpism;
- Those who
were killed and who were injured were just innocent victims who did
nothing to provoke Rittenhouse's actions
I will admit I was a casual watcher of
this situation. From day one of the event, the media had
painted a picture of all things above; even the candidate, Joe Biden,
had made sweeping generalizations about Rittenhouse being a white
supremacist.
Up until the start of the trial I was
all in on this guy being found guilty.
We have trials in this country as one
of our most precious protections the concept of "innocent until
proven guilty".
God Bless America that we still have
some fundamental protections against mass lynching based upon a
political narrative that is sweeping this nation to expand the power of
the Democrat/Socialist party that will exploit any crisis and cloak it
in the evil clown outfit of "-isms" - sexism - racism -
homophobia - transgenderphobia - et al.
What was discovered as the trial of
Kyle Rittenhouse went on was that the prosecution in the case had failed
to disclose to the defense exculpatory video evidence that showed a
completely different scenario than what the prosecution was telling
(lying) to the jury - the very same narrative that was being advanced by
the leftist swine media and their minions in the Democrat party.
The media failed to tell us that Kyle
had been chased and hit over the head with a skate board - in an
interesting twist of reality, many media pundits on CNN and MSNBC had
noted that a skate board is not a weapon. Well, my
friends, neither is a butter knife. Neither is an iron
skillet. And neither is a 2x4. Lost in the rush
to judgment was the concept that ordinary items can be turned into a
weapon when they are launched against another person.
Suddenly a skate board that stopped being used as transportation was
picked up and swung at Kyle's head! And since this
action of swinging renders an assault upon another person, suddenly
self-defense can be used to explain the culling of human debris.
The prosecution was a putrid
collection of asswipes who should be disbarred immediately.
These clowns actually said that since Kyle had not spoken about this
prior to the court case, that his silence was an admission of
guilt. Apparently in the Democrat University Law School, the
right to remain silent hasn't been taught. This also proves
that the prosecution has never seen a 1970's television police show that
constantly spoke about "Miranda Rights".
Much had been made by leftist media
pigs and politicians that Kyle's breaking down on the stand was shedding
crocodile tears. The homophobic black cunt, Joy Reid,
had the nerve to continue to push the notion he was faking
crying. "The View" was all over insulting
Kyle and demeaning him. The endless shit show of leftist
rants against him and promoting and continuing to pass off lies as fact
only perpetuated a false narrative - one that fits the leftist agenda -
but one that doesn't ever consider promoting FACTS.
As the court case progressed, it
became clear that Kyle was acting in self defense. I'm still
not convinced he should have gone to a danger zone where black racists
were burning Kenosha, but he had just as much right to be there as any
of the torch carriers. And since the black arsonists
were at it, we were kinda led to believe the lives lost by Kyle were
black. Well, facts are strange things. Each one
of Kyle's "victims" were pink-skinned Honkies!
In the end, we have court proceedings
that seek to have a jury to decide the outcome - looking at
facts. And in a not unsurprising twist of fate, the
disgraced former Governor of New York, the pandemic old person/nursing
home killer - the sexual predator, "Kumo", had to opine about
how the court proceedings had gone on!
I hope that he is prepared to have his
concept of legal proceedings being used in his upcoming court cases! |
