As a gay man who accepted his sexuality during the 1980's, I must say that the death today of Whitney Houston has hit hard. I loved her music. She had an angelic voice and was one of the best singers of all time. Sadly she fell hard after having found illegal drugs - another shining example of why our youth should never start any type of illegal drug use - and should never go outside of a doctor's care with regard to prescription drugs. Nothing good comes from starting with weed and then progressing to harder drugs - and don't tell me weed isn't a gateway drug. If you will go to weed, you will find justification to go beyond.
Rest in peace, Whitney. Find Michael Jackson and make heavenly music.
