It was a bad day
for Joe Hundley. He was a man who couldn't invoke
post-partem pregnancy depression as an excuse. He
wasn't born a woman who could use the defense of being a victim
and suffering from PMS. Being a man - a Caucasian
one and now 60 years of age means he has no excuse for his
actions. We all know he was born with privilege and
probably once made good money at his job given to him because of
his birth.
But, he is no
longer employed.
Having
encountered the typical whining brat that is imposed upon others
in movie theaters and airplane cabins, this guy snaps and smacks
(with open palm) the child and makes matters
worse. Yeah, the brat intensifies its
displeasure with a wail of a fire engine.
He utters the
"N" word.
So Joe is now
charged with assault on a 19 month old child not attended by its
mother in the proper way (she can invoke any one of the excuses
noted above not available to Joe because he has a
peen). And to add insult to injury, his bosses have
seen fit to separate him from their company.
According to
witnesses who can remember all details of what Joe did but none
of what the mother was doing, Joe caused the baby to bleed.
Toward the end of
the article on NBC News I read they did mention that Joe smelled
like a liquor cabinet.
Wonder if he can
enter Rehab to avoid responsibility like Jesse Jackson Jr tried
to do? |
