| When
in the course of human events, it becomes obvious that the
government that we receive is not what our Constitution promises
we should receive, the bands of the populous are compelled,
through all possible means including the right to revolt, to act
to enforce the expectation that our elected officials shall
govern for the success of the United States, not against
it. We, as the governed, can no longer sit
back and watch the pure exercise of power, not for the
perpetuation of these United States, but to dissolve the states
through direct treasonous and actions in violation of the oath
of office.
We hold that
these truths to be self-evident, that all citizens of the United
States are created equal, that they are endowed by their
Creator, and not by the Federal Government, with certain
inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the
pursuit of Happiness - That to secure these rights, Governments
are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the
consent of the governed, not in spite of the governed - That whenever
any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is
the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to
institute a new Government, laying its foundation on such
principles and organizing its powers in such form as to effect
their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence demands
that we shall not discard or abolish the current Government for
light or transient causes; but when it has become obvious that
our elected officials vote on bills they've never read, have
themselves never read the Constitution or intend to uphold their
oaths of office to protect and to defend that Constitution, or
have the arrogance to inform their electorate that the
electorate will find out what is in the bill after it has been
passed, that a Government is no longer in existence and itself
dissolved any bonds between the electorate and the elected.
When a Government
of those officials elected to office find that they are no
longer the employees of the voters and are obligated to listen
to their employer, the electorate, it becomes without merit to
retain the services of the elected. And when the
elected shamelessly pander and render votes on the greatest
likelihood of gaining political power for the next election, the
elected have forfeited their duty to govern and are hereby
notified that their services are no longer needed and their
employment has been terminated. |
Our
specific grievances and hereby outlined but are not limited to
the following:
- That a
collection of non-citizens shall be afforded preferential
treatment, not on the basis of their individual cases, but
on their sheer number - a collective jail break from their
home country - a mass invasion - that is afforded a positive
spin because of the length of their stay and their
outrageous numbers.
- That we shall
be compelled, as citizens, to purchase a product
designated by the Congress that is violative of provisions
of our Constitution and by which penalties are levied
directly by compulsion of the purchase in the absence of
that purchase.
- That our
Federal Government has failed to do its Constitutional duty
and passed a national budget in four of the last six years
and by which is spending money that is not collected but
postponed onto future generations which have no
representation to affirm such spending. In the
absence of the future population which will be left to deal
with the problems of the current Government, our elected
officials have exhibited taxation without representation to
the largest and most offensive exploitation of compelling
our children to pay for our pleasures today.
- That our
Federal Government enters into choices of who should receive
interest and tax free monies in the corporate world -
selecting winners and losers on the most specious of grounds
uttered in public while the private paybacks are donations
to their political campaign from the labor saved by rescuing
the corporations.
- That our
Government no longer functions as intended - where games are
played with votes and tricks and gimmicks are employed as if
the role of Governance is a national pastime, not a duty of
their job.
- That our
Government, in its ideal to make police enforcement the
easiest possible, pays no concern to the rights that each
citizen is born with - and that the Constitution makes no
reference that the police should have an easy job, but the
document does demand that citizens have rights and freedom
of association, speech, and to be free from illegal searches
and seizures of our papers or electronic communications.
- That rights
not specifically noted in the Constitution are contrived and
invented and ones specifically outlined are reduced, mocked,
and diminished.
- That equal
protection of all citizens is afforded those in our courts
through due process while those citizens yet not born are
afforded no protection when they are the most innocent and
are incapable of committing a crime. And that
our elected officials should condone such behavior and to
support it as inventing it as a right when exercising that
"right" violates another citizen's very life,
liberty, and pursuit of happiness, due process, or equal
protection.
- That our
Government is selective in allowing redefinition of terms to
suit the will of one minority over the majority without
equal protection to all citizens. In the
redefinition of terms, the redefinition is only made for the
selected minority when applying that definition violates the
rights of other citizens in the process.
- That equal
protection is asserted on the basis of race and gender, yet
legislation is passed and signed that selects race and
gender for protection against others for arbitrary means and
lengths of times on a perceived crime on the majority and
perceived harm of the minority instead of simply demanding
and enforcing equality for all citizens and penalizing those
now living for the offenses they committed, not of crimes
committed from decades or hundreds of years ago.
