In Congress, July 4, 1776.   Resurrected this July 4, 2022 due to Federal Tyranny. The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them. He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people. He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within. He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers. He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries. He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance. He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures. He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power. He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation: For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us: For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States: For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world: For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury: For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies: For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments: For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us. He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation. He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

 

In today's world, the stupid and uninformed are dictating the narrative.   The reason they can get away with this false narrative and deception is because most Americans are uninformed and lazy.   In many cases they cannot help this because they don't know any better - they are ignorant - and they are this way because of the leftist government schools which teach self love over extensive history.   And like it or not, the Western Experience is the basis of our nation's founding and those who are claimed to be "native Americans" are neither native nor Americans.   The people who are said to be "native" came here from somewhere else and assumed status by virtue of selfishness.    These fools thought that by virtue of arriving, that this was their land.   And when the Europeans came over and did the same thing the first squatters did, somehow the first squatters are superior?   

 

Throughout history, there are losers and there are winners.   Winners get to write the history and get to dictate policy and direction of society.  Losers get shit.  That is what they deserve.   And there is no instance where the fake natives get to have an ounce of empathy for failing to be able to defend their rights of first squat against a superior force who sought to make the first squat claim.   It is thus that we now dispense with the notion that first squatters matter any more than to study their history and culture and to marvel at the colossal failure to protect themselves. 

 

We also have this new modern nose-out-joint standard of racial policy whereby those who seek permanent and perpetual victimhood status for their history are supposed to dictate to the rest of us that their viewpoint is the ONLY viewpoint that is acceptable.

 

I piss on that notion with extreme prejudice.

 

We can whine and opine that the men who signed the Declaration of Independence owned slaves, but that point does not diminish their character in any way.   Few realize or take the time to so do that these men were risking their lives for a concept of government that was leading edge - a Representative Republic.  Without their actions, even owning slaves, then it is highly likely that today's nose out of joint fools would be still slaves and likely working in sugar fields and other areas for the British Crown.

 

Stop to think for a minute - no other country has so evolved and done so as quickly to make constant improvements - and the fact that there were slaves at the outset does not diminish jack shit.   Ultimately in less than one hundred years, the United States took on what was the southern states - the places where Democrats mainly lived and who owned the slaves - and set forth through the shedding of innocent Northern blood so that blacks could be freed.   Without these men and their successors, blacks would still be hearing Dixie and being bound to flags that were notorious at that time.   And remember, the KKK was not founded by Republicans.  It was a DEMOCRAT answer to Republican Post Civil War Reconstruction actions.   And the NRA was founded by whites and Republicans to give oppressed and freed blacks a way to send Democrats and their KKK operatives to an early grave.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

When in the course of human events, it becomes obvious that the government that we receive is not what our Constitution promises we should receive, the bands of the populous are compelled, through all possible means including the right to revolt, to act to enforce the expectation that our elected officials shall govern for the success of the United States, not against it.    We, as the governed, can no longer sit back and watch the pure exercise of power, not for the perpetuation of these United States, but to dissolve the states through direct treasonous and actions in violation of the oath of office. We hold that these truths to be self-evident, that all citizens of the United States are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator, and not by the Federal Government, with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness - That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, not in spite of the governed - That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence demands that we shall not discard or abolish the current Government for light or transient causes; but when it has become obvious that our elected officials vote on bills they've never read, have themselves never read the Constitution or intend to uphold their oaths of office to protect and to defend that Constitution, or have the arrogance to inform their electorate that the electorate will find out what is in the bill after it has been passed, that a Government is no longer in existence and itself dissolved any bonds between the electorate and the elected. When a Government of those officials elected to office find that they are no longer the employees of the voters and are obligated to listen to their employer, the electorate, it becomes without merit to retain the services of the elected.   And when the elected shamelessly pander and render votes on the greatest likelihood of gaining political power for the next election, the elected have forfeited their duty to govern and are hereby notified that their services are no longer needed and their employment has been terminated. Our specific grievances and hereby outlined but are not limited to the following: That a collection of non-citizens shall be afforded preferential treatment, not on the basis of their individual cases, but on their sheer number - a collective jail break from their home country - a mass invasion - that is afforded a positive spin because of the length of their stay and their outrageous numbers. That we shall be compelled, as citizens, to purchase  a product designated by the Congress that is violative of provisions of our Constitution and by which penalties are levied directly by compulsion of the purchase in the absence of that purchase. That our Federal Government has failed to do its Constitutional duty and passed a national budget in four of the last six years and by which is spending money that is not collected but postponed onto future generations which have no representation to affirm such spending.   In the absence of the future population which will be left to deal with the problems of the current Government, our elected officials have exhibited taxation without representation to the largest and most offensive exploitation of compelling our children to pay for our pleasures today. That our Federal Government enters into choices of who should receive interest and tax free monies in the corporate world - selecting winners and losers on the most specious of grounds uttered in public while the private paybacks are donations to their political campaign from the labor saved by rescuing the corporations. That our Government no longer functions as intended - where games are played with votes and tricks and gimmicks are employed as if the role of Governance is a national pastime, not a duty of their job. That our Government, in its ideal to make police enforcement the easiest possible, pays no concern to the rights that each citizen is born with - and that the Constitution makes no reference that the police should have an easy job, but the document does demand that citizens have rights and freedom of association, speech, and to be free from illegal searches and seizures of our papers or electronic communications. That rights not specifically noted in the Constitution are contrived and invented and ones specifically outlined are reduced, mocked, and diminished. That equal protection of all citizens is afforded those in our courts through due process while those citizens yet not born are afforded no protection when they are the most innocent and are incapable of committing a crime.   And that our elected officials should condone such behavior and to support it as inventing it as a right when exercising that "right" violates another citizen's very life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, due process, or equal protection. That our Government is selective in allowing redefinition of terms to suit the will of one minority over the majority without equal protection to all citizens.   In the redefinition of terms, the redefinition is only made for the selected minority when applying that definition violates the rights of other citizens in the process. That equal protection is asserted on the basis of race and gender, yet legislation is passed and signed that selects race and gender for protection against others for arbitrary means and lengths of times on a perceived crime on the majority and perceived harm of the minority instead of simply demanding and enforcing equality for all citizens and penalizing those now living for the offenses they committed, not of crimes committed from decades or hundreds of years ago. In every stage of oppression by the Government in disregard for their oath of office and their duties in regards with the Constitutional equal protection for all citizens, the citizens publish and declare that the Congress and President are hereby unworthy of office and are traitors and scoundrels unfit for continued retention.   And as the Governed, with egregious offenses so outlined are disregarded by their employees, it becomes necessary to declare an independence from such impudence and corruption.    And whereas actions are undertaken and decisions made today that require the compensation and taxes of those yet unborn to make solvent our decisions today, our elected officials are in violation of equal protection clause of the Constitution.   It is thus that when the basic protections of all citizens are so cavalierly dismissed and actions taken to intentionally disregard the solvency of the nation, we can no longer tolerate our Government and hereby issue this Declaration as a direct termination of those employed and a suspension of all laws undertaken by these miscreants that are directly violative of our founding document, the Constitution.    And this Declaration also dismisses all of the judiciary, having given up their role to be impartial and honest, and invalidate the decisions that they have made and hold the only law of this country to be a strict interpretation of our Constitution and all powers not delegated to the Federal Government are once again given back to the States where State Legislatures shall undertake governing closest to the people and limiting the role of the Federal Government to Commerce among the states and defending the nation from invasion by a foreign power.
