Give the bastards what they want and let's resolve the pathetic customer service we are getting at fast food outlets. These bastards think that they are doing us a favor by working behind the counter. Replace the lazy with touchscreens and machines. Hire only enough to service the machines and to clean the building and bathrooms. From restocking shelves, cooking fries and burgers, and making sandwiches to placing orders and taking payment, the days of the worthless, overpaid fast food worker is about to end. So they think they should make $15 per hour! Grant them their wish - make them so expensive to hire that machines will be more cost effective. And I won't have to wait for LaQuisha to get off her damned cell phone or to wait for someone to notice I'm standing at the counter waiting to place an order.
