At no point in the Constitution is there any numerical requirement for Supreme Court justices; there is no requirement we even replace dead ones; and since the leftist pigs have demanded that we replace leftist justices with leftist candidates, it thus is up to us to demand and to ensure that a conservative replaces Scalia. If King Pimple does not do that, he should be rebuked and let that asshole whine like he will do - he is an arrogant child trapped in a man's body.
What is even more shocking is that it has been disclosed that in 1992 the current Vice Perpetrator, Joe Bite Me, demanded that George H. W. Bush not be allowed to appoint a Justice.
