Being a Democrat must be such a difficult thing.

You see, being one, you cannot have any core beliefs other than you getting to tell people how to live their lives by ignoring the will of the people.   The will of the people as in the majority of them.   Democracy in practice.

That is, when DEMOCRACY happens and the voters don't want abortion, gay marriage, or protection for sodomy, the Democrats seek to ignore the will of Democracy and seeks to punish the masses by running to courts.

And the Supreme Court has become the biggest agent of tyranny forcing the will of five onto the entire population.

Democrats also talk about how we should have precedent cases that should be protected as if some good can only come from those decisions.

I wonder if the Democrats would consider the Dred Scott decision that made it so black people could not be considered citizens should have been considered such precedence that should be protected.

Obviously Democrats want to whore out black people as voters so that decision would impede the ability of Democrats to exploit black people.   This precedent is wrong. 

So how is abortion in Roe v. Wade a good precedent?

Fundamentally in order to "give women the right to abortion" you have to violate the right of the most innocent human, the unborn, to have life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; in short, rights stop when your exercise of a right impedes another citizen from exercising his right.   And to grant women unmitigated abortion necessarily impedes the human fetus a right to life.

Therefore Roe v. Wade is bad precedent and should be overturned.

It is thus the left's inability to legislate their insidious beliefs into law that makes the Supreme Court so valuable to them - in short they cannot get their way through Democracy so they have to get it through a theocracy of the judiciary forcing their miscreant beliefs down our throats for our own good.

The issue of gay marriage is a precious one - marriage has always been a religious institution that was effectively co-opted by the civil authorities requiring a license "to marry".   And in doing this, the bastardization of marriage started and became "institutionalized" in civil authority.   Rather than to have "domestic partnerships" as the name of the institution of recognizing pair-bonding, the civil authorities stole the institution and buggered it; of course once the civil authorities had co-opted marriage, it became easy for the Courts to bastardize "marriage" into being limited by an equally bigoted binary notion that same sex two person couples should be recognized as "marriage", but bar any other consenting adult unions as being illegal.

Sometimes equality isn't equality.   But the courts whored marriage to fit the operatives of the fishy left.

The left knows full well that if they can exploit the courts to force their concept of abortion and gay marriage onto the rest of us, that the right can also have every expectation to enforce their will through courts and the left has no recourse other than to bitch, whine, to protest, and to hopefully commit suicide when desperation rules.

And so we will have a fight for the Supreme Court through desperation should the Democrats gain the House and/or Senate.    Of course they did not invent and support the attacks on Kavanaugh to have this as a one trick pony; this will be continued if the Democrats win in November and all hell will break out as Congress is reduced to a civil war waiting to transfer to the rest of us.

You see, because Republicans grew a set of balls during a PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION YEAR and denied King Pimple of a Man another chance to bastardize the bench, Democrats are now violating their own standards and are trying to tell Donald Trump he has no right to nominate another Supreme Court justice.    King Pimple of a Man was within months of being a former King.    And deploying a Democrat standard where the choice of Supreme Court nominee so close to a PRESIDENTIAL election be suspended until the next President takes office (I believe it was Senator Joe Bite Me, who became Vice Perpetrator under King Pimple who created this standard), the Republicans just decided to play the game by the same rules the Democrats were dictating to a former Republican President!    You hypocrites!

It is odd, it is queer, that 1 month later in his first term, the Democrats had no problem allowing a President to bastardize a Congressional  election; 1 month sooner in his first term, Donald Trump is being denied.
